Instagram: A lazy morning at my vacation home in Costa Rica. The Howler monkeys were in my mango trees this morning and my Dad was taking a nap on the front porch. Grateful for this peaceful and relaxing break before another busy year of touring the world doing standup comedy. 2020 is going to be very busy with new television and film projects in the works and more fun announcements. Instagram: Rest In Peace Allee Willis. We had so much fun on my web TV show a few years back. Allee was very funny. She co-wrote hit songs including “September” and “Boogie Wonderland” by Earth, Wind & Fire. She was nominated for an Emmy Award for “I’ll Be There For You”, which was used as the theme song for the sitcom Friends, and won two Grammy Awards for Beverly Hills Cop and The Color Purple, the latter of which was also nominated for a Tony Award. She was the only woman to be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2018. Rest In Peace.
